Archery

When I was a first-year engineering student at Twente University I briefly took on archery - it lasted no more then a few months back then as I was too busy with volleyball, fencing and studying. I picked it up again in September 2011 but this time taking it a bit more serious - I became a member of the St. Neots Bowmen and bought my own recurve bow - a Hoyt Eclipse riser with 36lb Hoyt G3 limbs.

In May 2012 I upgraded to 42lb Hoyt 900CX limbs to get to 100yds with a bit more reserve. Took a little while to get used to but it wasn't a huge step as I had already turned my G3's to the max. I've shot a lot of tournaments over the summer of 2012 with reasonable results - mostly top half.
